Set within the lush grounds of Prospect Estate near Ocho Rios, Somewhere is a waterfront four-bedroom villa designed for relaxed Caribbean living. With sweeping sea views, a private pool terrace, spacious indoor-outdoor living areas, and a dedicated villa team, this inviting retreat is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy Jamaica’s north coast in comfort and privacy.

From the covered veranda to the sun deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea, every space is made for slow mornings, long lunches, and easy days spent between the pool, nearby beaches, and the best of Ocho Rios.

Somewhere offers 2,082 square feet of interior space with four air-conditioned bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms. The villa is arranged with two bedrooms in the West Wing and two bedrooms in the East Wing, giving guests a thoughtful sense of space and privacy.

Each bedroom can be prepared with either a king bed or two twin beds and includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The bedrooms also open toward the veranda, keeping the villa connected to the surrounding gardens and sea views.

The main living area is spacious, airy, and designed for indoor-outdoor living. It opens onto a covered veranda, creating an easy flow between the villa’s interior spaces and its outdoor lounging and dining areas.

Just a few steps from the veranda, guests will find the private pool terrace and sun deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This is the heart of the villa, perfect for poolside relaxation, alfresco dining, and enjoying the sound of the waves along the coastline.

Villa staff is exclusively curated and included in all villa rates, with a cook, butler/host, housekeeper/laundress, gardener, pool person, property manager on call, and security supporting your stay. Grocery and beverage costs are additional.

The villa is approximately two hours from both Montego Bay and Kingston airports. Ian Fleming International Airport is also located in the wider Ocho Rios/Boscobel area.

Somewhere includes a dedicated on-site team to support your stay, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a seamless experience throughout. Please note that certain features, amenities, natural conditions, and access to nearby estate amenities and beach facilities may be subject to availability, seasonal changes, and local policies.

The villa is waterfront and offers beautiful sea views, but swimming directly from the rocky coastline is not recommended due to currents and rocks. Nearby beaches are available for sandy beach swimming.

Access from the veranda to the pool terrace involves stone steps, which may not be suitable for all guests.

Grocery and beverage costs are not included and are billed separately. Laundry service may be available on request and may attract an additional charge.

Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15% during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking. A handwritten thank-you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
