Poetreef Villa is a three-story waterfront villa with majestic views of Cousins Cove. The villa features 2 bedrooms and a spacious third-floor loft, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

A beautifully crafted Blue Mahoe staircase leads guests up to the resting quarters, where Jamaica’s natural hardwoods are complemented by beamed cedar ceilings and furniture made from fine woods by local artisans. The design feels warm, natural, and deeply connected to its island setting.

The second floor features Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, each furnished with 1 queen bed, making them ideal for couples. Both bedrooms open out to a spacious balcony, where guests can enjoy the fresh sea breeze, start the morning with a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, or admire the picturesque landscape as the sun sets over Cousins Cove. The modern bathroom on this level is fitted with Turkish cotton towels and everyday essentials.

Bedroom 3 is located in the loft, which serves as the villa’s third floor. This large loft space includes 4 single beds, making it well suited for children, friends, or additional guests traveling as part of the group.

The villa’s main living areas offer comfortable spaces for gathering, dining, and relaxing. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, Wi-Fi, television, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans, and thoughtful essentials throughout the home.

Outdoors, the property’s 150-foot stone pier is one of its signature features, extending into the Caribbean Sea and creating a beautiful setting for sunset views, seaside meals, and quiet moments by the water. The property is set along a rocky ironshore waterfront, making it especially well suited for snorkeling and swimming. Please note that there is no sandy beach directly on the property, though nearby sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

Your stay includes a private chef and house manager. Meals can be prepared according to your preferences, with groceries and beverages charged separately.

The villa is set on a rocky ironshore waterfront, not a sandy beachfront. Guests can enjoy swimming and snorkeling from the property, and nearby sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

Groceries and beverages are not included in the villa rental. Guests are responsible for grocery and beverage costs, and the chef can assist with shopping and meal preparation based on your preferences.

Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15% during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking. A handwritten thank-you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
